Who we are

Sample websites

The example website designs on these sites are samples. The businesses they show are made up, and so are their names, phone numbers, photos, reviews and service details. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. They are not offers of service from any contractor.

If you send a message through the form on a sample website, it comes to us, not to a contractor. Please do not use a sample website to request real work on your home or property.

Preview pages for a business

We sometimes build a preview page showing what a website for a real business could look like, using public information about it. A preview page is a proposal from us. It is not the business’s own website, and it does not mean the business has hired us, approved the page or endorsed us. Business names and trademarks shown on a preview page belong to their owners.

Preview pages are marked so search engines do not list them. If a preview page shows your business and you would like it taken down, email alan@tryalanrose.com and we will remove it.

Information on these websites

The information here describes our services in general terms. It is not a quote, an offer or a promise of any particular result. Search engines decide rankings, and we cannot guarantee search position, traffic, calls or sales.

Work for a client is done under a separate written agreement. If anything on these websites differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.

Our designs and content

The designs, layouts, code, text, images and logos on these websites belong to Alan Rose Web LLC or the people who license them to us. You are welcome to view them and to share links to them. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them, including as the basis for another website, without our written permission.

Using these websites

Please do not:

• try to break into, overload or interfere with these websites or the services behind them
• copy them in bulk with automated tools
• use them for anything unlawful
• send false information or someone else’s details through a form on them

Links to other websites

Some pages link to websites run by others, such as Google. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

These websites are provided as they are, free of charge. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that they will be error free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties about them.

Limits on responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Alan Rose Web LLC is not responsible for any indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost data, that comes from using or being unable to use these websites. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Any legal case about them will be brought in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
